To empower young people through comprehensive business skills development and sustainable enterprise creation.

Methodology

Developed and implemented youth-friendly business coaching manual based on ILO's Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) methodology.

Challenges

Successfully implemented training while adhering to health guidelines and maintaining program quality during COVID-19.

The importance of local partnerships and community engagement in ensuring sustainable impact.

Future Plans

Expand the program to more districts and develop additional training modules.
